Some local men were taking a break on the bank of the stream. Their long boats were in the stream. Were they fishing?
Lundu is a small town consisting of about 100 shops. It is a mountainous area.
The shops are mainly located in rows of wooden shop houses. There are a few blocks of new concrete shop houses.
This small park is located in the centre of the town. It looked deserted during the weekend.
A quiet peaceful town where the streets are deserted during the afternoon. Shoppers shopped mainly in the morning.
The old town of Lundu at the left. It was a Sunday afternoon and the town was a little quiet.
Located in the town area. A good place to take photographs.
New shop houses in Lundu are made of concrete.
At present there are only a few blocks of new concrete shop houses in Lundu. The RHB bank is housed in the above building.
This temple is located in the town area. A new one is under construction. Once completed the old one will be shifted.
